I’m Liza licensed therapist, practice owner, adjunct lecturer, workshop facilitator, enterpreneur and ministry mum. Most importantly, I am a wife and mama to my amazing family!

My Story
My journey began in the trenches—where diapers and daily battles marked the rhythm of my days, alongside a career that felt stagnant and a ministry that seemed to falter. Externally, my life looked functional; internally, I was relationally dry and emotionally fractured.
Life felt grueling, and I finally reached the painful realisation that I didn’t have what it took to build the kind of life I deeply longed for—or the kind of family I never had myself.
It was there, as my “crutches” began to crumble, that God met me. He began teaching me the power of journaling my way out of pain and into peace and purpose. Through my tertiary studies, I discovered evidence-based research affirming the impact of therapeutic writing on human healing. And I was deeply moved; I had stumbled upon something profoundly transformational and personally life-changing.
Today, I have the privilege of walking with many others whose lives are continuously being changed as they write their lives forward. I can’t wait to meet you, dear friend—— whose unique, special, and beautiful story is yet to be written!

Our lives are shaped by the stories we tell ourselves. So often saturated in these stories, we may not even realize the script playing in our minds —the dominant narrative that guides how we live. Coaching v Counselling
Coaching and counselling both help you grow, but they play different roles in your story. While counselling helps you heal the chapters you’ve already lived, coaching helps you author the ones you haven’t written yet.
Think of counselling as working with a forensic editor to understand why previous chapters feel so heavy and how to heal the ink-stained pages of your past. Think of coaching, however, as sitting down with your creative cowriter, grabbing a fresh pen, facing the blank pages ahead, and deciding exactly where the plot goes next!
